It all started when Tonya Woods and Karmen Clark met at Westlake Academy the 1st year it had a kindergarten class. They both signed up for the same thing on the parent volunteer sheet, their little boys (now 27!) became instant best friends, and from then on, their families have been tied together in the sweetest ways. Alana Woods was just one year old back then, and Karmen naturally became her “second mom.”
Karmen & Tonya have been decorating together for decades- weddings, showers, parties, full home renovations, you name it!
If it needed creating, painting, sewing, or designing, they’ve probably done it (or at least tried :)) And Alana has faithfully been there to jump in as often as school and work allowed, adding her touch along the way!

Ruth & Karmen have also headed up several major projects and productions together over the years. So when Karmen & Ruth had talked about this idea and then we all discussed the endless possibilities still waiting to be created,
